As a person-centered, solution-focused and existential Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), my goal is to assist you with your choice in becoming more empowered on your journey towards improved well-being and personal growth. We all experience life's unexpected changes. Collaboratively, we will work towards achieving the most authentic and life-enhancing direction for you. A variety of available relevant and evidence-based therapeutic approaches and techniques serve to address long-standing behavioral concerns, maladaptive patterns, and negative perceptions in order to move you forward in a more fulfilling manner.
